Tranquility Too Cottage Vaulted ceilings and the fireplace give a felling of warmth and openness to the great room. The full kitchen and dining area adjoin the great room, and allow for any kind of meal preparation, although there are many excellent restaurants nearby. The airy and bright master bedroom features a king-size bed. Additional amenities include a dresser, dressing table, ample closet space, and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The great room has a sleeper sofa, satellite HD TV, and a gas fireplace that can heat the entire cabin. The cabin has separate central HVAC system if you’d prefer not to heat with the fireplace. The full bathroom is off the great room for easy access without going through the master bedroom. 5 minutes to Waynesville - the gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains 5 minutes to Maggie Valley and Lake Junaluska 35 minutes to Asheville and the Biltmore House Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. (Please note that this rental does not offer high-speed internet and is not suitable for streaming, video conferencing, or other high-bandwidth tasks.) Four-wheel drive is recommended to access the house in the winter due to steep terrain and winding roads. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
