Featuring 3 en-suite master bedrooms, two additional private bedrooms, two additional full bathrooms, a pool, fire pit, an eight-person hot tub, indoor/outdoor entertainment center and dedicated bar area, this vacation rental has room for the whole family.
Located off the upstairs living room, the entertainment center starts in the game room with a seven-foot pool table, ping pong table and a 65 inch flat-screen HDTV perfect for movies or sports. One wall of the game room is a glass garage door that opens onto one of several patios and another wall is a giant blackboard for your creative leanings or really big messages. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
