"Located on its very own peninsula in the southeast portion of the iconic Lake Lure, this historic 1930’s log cabin is one of the oldest structures on the entire lake. Having undergone a complete renovation from top to bottom, this spectacular lakeside cabin offers all the modern amenities while preserving it’s original & historic beauty.

Centrally located to all of the area attractions. 5 minute drive to the full service grocery store, 10 minutes to Lake Lure Beach, 13 minutes to Rumbling Bald Resort & 15 minutes to Chimney Rock. You are also only 50 minutes to the world famous, eclectic Asheville and America’s largest private residence, The Biltmore House.

The kitchen affords plenty of room to gather, cook, and spend quality time preparing meals with friends, for those who want to “stay in and relax”. The kitchen connects to the dining room, affording a cozy atmosphere where everyone is together, surrounded by natural light and the beauty of the lake. The living room centers the cabin with a gas fireplace and high definition TV perfect for movie time after a long day on the lake soaking up the sunshine.With 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, this spectacular cabin offers plenty of sleeping arrangements for up to 3 couples looking to vacation in Lake Lure, nestled within the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home is close to water sports, golf, tennis, zip-lining and hiking in Chimney Rock or in any of the local state parks; Pisgah National Forest, Grandfather Mountain, Mount Mitchell, the Cherokee Reservation, and much more. This home was fully renovated and updated for ’gathering’ friends and family together for unforgettable retreats or get-a-ways. The 300 feet of lake frontage and tons of outdoor deck space affords plenty of room for members of your group to relax and soak up the sun.
When everyone is ready for a cool down, there are plenty of outdoor toys to enjoy with a combination of kayaks and stand up paddle boards so everyone has a vessel for fun on the lake. Also available for rent for an additional fee is a 24 foot pontoon which can accommodate up to 13. Cruise in style on one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the country and dock here. No personal watercraft is permitted to use the private dock. If you are considering bringing your own boat to Lake Lure, please contact the Town of Lake Lure and inquire about their boating and permit policies.
