"This mountain home has views to die for, tons of indoor & outdoor space and makes it so easy to enjoy the splendor of the Blue Ridge Mountains, nestled in the heart of Black Mountain! Modern home with updated finishes, furnishings and more. There is plenty to do while at this splendid home, but you are also so conveniently located just outside of downtown Black mountain, and close to Asheville & more.
Location:
Private home located in a private little development with only 2 other homes. You are app. 5 minutes to downtown Black Mountain, 20 minutes to downtown Asheville, and are app. 35 minutes from the Asheville Regional Airport. Home is accessed via only paved and fully maintained roads, right up to the development, then the roads are gravel. (All-Wheel or 4-Wheel drive suggested in the Winter or during inclement weather.)

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
