It’s sister home, the smaller cottage is one of the most popular homes as it has been operating for over 5 years. These mountain homes were designed to accommodate large groups for any occasion, with Bearwallow Mt and nature as your stunning backdrop. These two mountain homes are quickly becoming a favorite retreat for guests! It is not surprising when you put terrific homes together with a private, secure property, hot tub extensive outdoor space to walk, run, or ride a bike with views and more. And of course, the new Event/Wedding Pavilion! Built specifically for mountain weddings, receptions and more, with room for up to 75 guests, this pavilion is the perfect location for whatever event you plan to host. There is electricity, lighting and much more for hosting your special occasion.25 minutes’ drive (16 miles) to downtown Asheville, our secluded homes on Bearwallow Mountain have breathtaking views of Blue Ridge Mountains from spacious front porches, back decks & covered verandas. Newly built, and/or upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. Right-off-the-property, easy-access hiking trails to breath-taking views.on the top of the Bearwallow mountainside; just a short drive to just about everything. It is VERY easy to access the homes, via only paved roads right up to Bearwallow Mountain Road, which is gravel, but used by all vehicles. The home affords year round access, does NOT require 4-wheel drive except in Winter. Open, light-filled interiors with bedrooms & full baths, and ample loft spaces plus so much indoor gathering spaces at both homes. Inviting, spacious outdoor areas with breath-taking views ideal for lounging, birdwatching, dining, dancing and truly getting away from it all. While everyone enjoys the homes and on-site & nearby amenities, you can pull up a chair and take in the relaxing privacy afforded by the mountainside forest view, observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Or, toast some s’mores and share stories, well into the star-filled nights at the expansive outdoor fire-pit.Take a seat and enjoy the sound of nature and the serenity in your own private paradise at the top of the world. The private estate property offers lots of acreage for nature walks and exploring, and other exercise on the mountain without leaving the community property.
