LIVING AREA Socialize around the gas fireplace in the living area, classically appointed with a sofa and three armchairs. Enjoy a book in the den, featuring seating for four. The game room offers ping-pong as well as a sleeper sectional, two armchairs, and a smart TV. Watch a movie in the loft, furnished with a sleeper sofa, four armchairs, and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will love the pristine kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The downstairs kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, and coffee maker. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table. Enjoy breakfast at the three-person island bar. BED & BATH Sleep soundly in the master suite, complete with a stately king bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. Find comfort in the second bedroom, furnished with a queen and twin bed. The third bedroom (game room) is outfitted with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The loft offers two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination, while the third bathroom has a walk-in shower. A half bath is located off the entryway. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy epic sunsets from your deluxe retreat. The upper deck offers seating for two, while the wraparound deck boasts two loungers, four rockers, and two love seats. The patio has a love seat swing and table for three. Cook burgers on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six. End the day around the wood-burning firepit. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four cars. The gas fireplace in the living room is not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day. A local noise ordinance is in effect between 10pm and 8am. This property is not suitable for those wanting to spend late nights on the decks. If traveling with a larger group, consider renting Elkhorn Cabin as well, located approximately 100 feet away. THE LOCATION Stroll 5 minutes to enjoy a treatment at the Shoji Spa. Or discover lush hiking trails just off the property. Nearby outdoor activities include biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, and kayaking. Venture into Asheville to visit art galleries, museums, tasty eateries, and hip breweries.
