This top unit in the duplex property cabin features a large private deck overlooking a lush forested yard. This convenient location is near Yosemite, 4 miles from hiking, fishing and water sports at Bass Lake, within 4 miles of supermarkets, pharmacies, a movie theater, shopping, and antique shops, and 12 miles from entertainment at a large Indian casino. Children can enjoy the large play area here or can walk down the hill to the private community park and swimming hole (with parent supervision).
This newly renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is equipped with: a master bedroom with a Cal. King bed, LED smart TV with satellite and Netflix and an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third room has a full over full size bunk bed and LED TV with satellite and Netflix. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway and an HE washer and dryer with detergent provided. Bed linens and towels are also provided. In the living room there are two couches (one with a queen size sofa bed that is not recommended for adults) and two recliners. The wood burning fireplace adds to the mountain atmosphere and may be used during designated burn season. Free WiFi is provided and you can watch a movie with the family on the large LED TV or have a family game night (games and cards provided). The dining table has seating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a perfect family meal, including a large refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, full size range, dishwasher with detergent, coffee maker, waffle maker, crock pot, coffee, tea, sugar, and some spices. A gas BBQ grill and picnic tables are located on your private patio. This cabin sleeps 8 comfortably (4 adults and 4 children recommended for your comfort). This home has air conditioning and central heating.
