The Property has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, Sleeps up to 6. The Property is one half of a duplex and is located inside Yosemite National Park in a small private development called Yosemite West. The home is centrally located to many of the Park’s major attractions: Yosemite Valley is 20 minutes away - Glacier Point is 25-30 minutes - The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoia Trees is 35 minutes and Yosemite Ski & Snowboard Resort is located 8 miles away. Great amenities include easy, flat parking for up to 3 cars (a rare find which makes travel so much easier in every season), plus free Wifi! On the 1st floor, you’ll find a secondary living area complete with gas fireplace, sectional sofa, and satellite TV. A guest bedroom with a queen bed, closet with sliding door, and a hallway bathroom with shower are just down the hall. Laundry facilities are also on the 1st floor. The main floor is on the second story, which has the kitchen, dining/living room area with wood floors and knotty pine ceilings. Enjoy the view from the 2nd floor balcony complete with a propane grill and dining table. The main living room (2nd floor) has a top grain leather sectional, gas fireplace and a 55-inch flat screen HDTV/ Blueray and satellite television. The dining area table seats eight plus there are 3 bar stools at the island counter. Also on the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, 46” Flat Screen TV with a Blue Ray Player, and a spacious walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The Property is one of the best locations in the park with all of the features you need to make your Yosemite vacation a wonderful experience!
