Secluded villa with expansive grounds and private pool

A lovely and secluded finca in the rolling hills of Andalucia in village of Ronda. This amazing property is a private oasis that offers gorgeous swimming pool and extensive grounds that include fruit trees, olive trees and a paddle court. The villa exudes typical Spanish charm and has the architecture of Andalucia with the finca surrounding an inner courtyard. As you pass through the main entrance you cant help but notice the almond tree lined drive that leads to the impressive facade with its imposing archway that leads through to the cobbled courtyard. Although located on the outskirts the finca is within walking distance to some well known hotels where you can dine and enjoy the most exquisite typical Andalucian meals. Or if you prefer to have a special celebration at the villa we can arrange for a private chef to prepare your celebratory feast. As you walk into the house you will you will instantly notice how the double height ceilings give off a real sense of space. The living and dining area are connected and there you will find plenty of space for the family to come together. The dining room and has either one or two tables that can seat eight or up to fourteen and from here you have direct access out to the garden. A small billiards table is also provided for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent facilities and also has a separate room with laundry room with washer and dryer. The main house has 4 bedrooms with three of these being downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs. Of the four bedrooms, three have queen sized beds. Two have en suite bathrooms, one a walk in shower and the other a Jacuzzi bath with shower overhead. All bedrooms are spacious and two with their own terraces. The fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be zipped together to make king-size beds and they share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath with a shower overhead. Just across the main courtyard there is a separate 2 bedroom house that has its own open plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed. Both bedrooms in the house are spacious. One bedroom offers a queen sized double bed and the other has twin beds that can be made into a king-size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. There is also an additional guest toilet downstairs. Outside in the garden area you can take a dip in the over-sized pool that measures 11 x 6 metres with a lovely section for small children to wade and play. Just next to the pool is the pool house that gives the possibility for total outdoor living; there is a large built in BBQ, double door fridge, sink and a bar with tall stools. The terrace areas that are just outside the villa, enjoy automatic awnings that can give you that extra shade when you are looking to escape the afternoon sunshine. Here you can relax with a good book under the awning on the sofa and arm chairs and dining table. Ronda is a beautiful place to visit all year round.
