An adjacent office nook serves as a quiet spot for those working from home. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, equipped with a double basin sink and a full suite of helpful appliances. When it’s time to eat, gather around the dining table with seating for four. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms. Rest comfortably on two twin beds in the lower-level bedroom. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. Sleep soundly on a plush queen bed in the second and third bedrooms. A guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Enjoy fresh coffee and gorgeous views of the creek and mountains on the back deck. Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Dune buggy parking is allowed in the garage up to 12’ in length. The driveway can also accommodate a boat up to 12’ in length. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
