This beautifully renovated 3BR/3BA home is a perfect oasis in the heart of St. Armands Circle. Nestled snugly between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, you’re a half-mile from the beach and blocks from local shops and dining options.
Spend days soaking up the sun in your saltwater pool and hot tub. (The pool is heated Oct 1 - May 1 for optimum relaxation; pool heat temperature depends on outside temps and ranges between 70-87 degrees.) Or, take a short walk to the shores of Lido Key. Stroll along the nearly 99% crystal quartz beaches, which, according to historic local legends, hold magical healing effects. Explore St. Armands Circle, where you might even encounter a street performer!
A formal living area with a sofa bed and armchair provides a welcoming spot to gather. A sunroom serves as a second living area, featuring a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the pool area. The sunroom has a sectional, bistro set, two armchairs, and a 75-inch TV. Whip up tasty meals in the sleek chef’s kitchen, detailed with a farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen bar with seating for four. A formal dining room seats six for home-cooked meals.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 43-inch TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A washer/dryer adds convenience during your stay.
Sliding glass doors open up to the stunning screened pool area. Enjoy fun-filled days swimming in the heated saltwater pool (6 feet deep) or hanging out in the secluded area of the yard that features a bench and gorgeous greenery. A side patio has an outdoor table for eight, a 50-inch outdoor TV, and a grill.
