Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- OCCUPANCY: The villa is designed for a maximum of 20 adult guests. Up to 2 extra children under the age of
- 7 can be accommodated for no extra charge as long as they can sleep on a junior bed (160x80) or a baby cot (120x60).
- EVENTS: Any events held at the property (wedding, reception, business gathering, etc.) require prior approval. There is a fee of 1.400 € for events with up to 60 attendees, and 2.000 € for events with more than 60 attendees (not to exceed 120). The fee will be charged for each day that an event is held at the property.
- POOL : Both pools are capable of being heated year-round. They are equipped with solar heaters that maintain a comfortable temperature in the warmer months. Heating the pools between October 1 and April 30 is also possible for a fee of 200 € per week per pool.
- CLEANING : Rentals of 7-13 days include a brief mid-stay clean of the living areas and kitchen (3 hours). Extra cleaning, bedroom cleaning, and linen/towel changes are available upon request.
