Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- PETS: Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing beforehand.
- TRASH REMOVAL: Guests are responsible to place trash in containers provided by the community.
- OCCUPANCY LIMITS: STRICT adherence to the maximum occupancy as stated in the confirmation is to be observed. .
- HOUSE PARTIES/events : House parties and large gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy are prohibited and may result in guest's immediate removal. *
- QUIET HOURS: For guest's enjoyment and the enjoyment of others, please respect quiet times between 11PM and 8AM.
- LOCKOUT CHARGES: A lockout consists of when guests lock themselves out of the villa and needs assistance from our staff to re-enter. A minimum fee of € 75 will be charged for all lockouts and needs to be paid in cash.
- NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the villa. .
- POOL CARE: Only plastic glasses, cutlery or plates should be used around the pool to avoid that glass comes into the pool that might cause injuries to our guests. Please note that the pool will need to be emptied when glass parts fall into the water. Guests that have caused this will be charged any associated costs.
