Your home is less than a mile from the Interurban Trail, with nearly 12 miles of paved surface. Enjoy quick access to a plethora of eclectic eateries and cafes. Unwind downstairs in the bonus living area equipped with a futon, a set of chairs, an electric fireplace, an art table, and a 42" TV. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
