Located within the renowned Silverado Condominium Community, this newly updated 1BR unit is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of Napa and the winemaking traditions of the Silverado Trail. Close to the pool and a short walk to the community’s full-service spa, restaurants, and other amenities.
Enjoy a quiet stay in this second-story unit with no neighbors overhead. A covered patio overlooks the resort’s golf course. (Please note: There is only stair access to the unit.)
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The bright, cozy living room features plush carpeting and a fireplace. After a day visiting wineries, sink into the sofa and armchair and feel the warmth of the fire as you watch the 42in flat screen TV.
In the mornings, enjoy coffee on the private balcony overlooking the golf course or serve breakfast at the intimate dining table indoors. A bar area offers a wine fridge to chill your favorite finds from your vineyard tours.
The kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of appliances, including an electric stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge.
The bedroom boasts a California king bed, wood furnishings, and a comfy sitting area. The bedroom suite includes a dressing area with a single vanity. A separate door leads to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a community pool, and unassigned parking for 2 vehicles.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Property Manager and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.
Property Manager guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (for guests 16+ years of age). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon Golf members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Property Manager if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
THE LOCATION
Located on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, the Silverado Resort is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the valley. The Silverado Trail is lined with world-class wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking vineyard views. Some of our favorites include Darioush, Frog’s Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
