This recently upgraded 1BR condo is in a prime location within the prestigious Silverado Condominium Community, close to the shared pool and a short stroll to the resort’s full-service spa and on-site restaurants and shops. Its location on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley wine country makes it perfect for a romantic getaway, wedding, business function, or wine tasting with friends.
This ground-floor unit is conveniently located near the parking area for easy access and has no unit above it, ensuring a quiet stay.
INSIDE THE CONDO
The condo’s cozy living area boasts a sofa, fireplace, 42in flat screen TV, and dining table for 4. A sliding door leads out to the private patio.
Cook the perfect meal to pair with a Napa wine in the well-equipped kitchen right off of the living area. The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and gadgets you need.
The spacious bedroom is outfitted with a California king-size bed and a 42in LG TV. The en-suite bathroom features a large closet, vanity, and wide shower/tub combination.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a shared seasonally heated pool (Memorial Day - Labor Day), and unassigned parking for 2 vehicles.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Property Manager and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.
Property Manager guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (minimum age for spa/fitness is 16 years old). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Property Manager if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
OUR LOCATION
Located on the Silverado Trail in the heart of Napa Valley wine country, the Silverado community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the valley. This scenic road is one of two that passes through Napa Valley, and it’s the preferred route of Napa locals. The Silverado Trail is lined with world-class wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking vineyard views. Some of our favorites include Darioush, Frog’s Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
