Sprawl out on two plush sofas and enjoy a movie on the 55 flat-screen TV. An additional armchair offers a relaxing seat to curl up with a book.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen comes with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and a butcher block kitchen island. Gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table.
BED & BATH
This home includes two bedrooms that sleep four total.
The primary suite is outfitted with a king bed, decorative fireplace, 43 TV with cable, and direct access to the outdoor space. The en-suite bath features a double vanity, walk-in closet, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower and radiant floor heating. An additional bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
French doors in both the dining and master bedroom open to the spacious backyard with views of Lake Washington. The fenced-in outdoor space includes a beautiful patio with views of the surrounding garden landscape.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.
LOCATION
Conveniently located 8 minutes from the lake; rent boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards from Sail Sand Point. Take a guided cruise around the lake for some of the best vantage points of the city.
Cruise 20-minutes to downtown Seattle and explore the iconic Pike Place Market and waterfront pier. Sports aficionados can cheer on the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field or root for the Mariners at Safeco Field.
