Spread out over five luxurious levels is Le Praz— a gorgeous, five-bedroom townhome that’s located right in the heart of the bustling Mountain Village core. Guests of Le Praz will adore the effortless ski-in/ski-out access, fun theater room, beautiful Rocky Mountain views, and unparalleled ease of walking into the village for lunch, shopping, an evening out, or hopping on the gondola.
In the main level GREAT ROOM, a velvety-soft sofa sits in front of the large wall of windows that offer unprecedented mountain views. The comfy sofa faces the stone fireplace, creating a cozy space to relax with a glass of wine and a good book on a chilly evening. This room also includes a formal DINING AREA with a table that seats eight.
The lovely open KITCHEN features glossy cherry wood cabinets topped with granite counters. For those who don’t want to sit at the formal dining table, there are four leather bar stools to perch upon while waiting for the coffee to brew or the blueberry pancakes to be ready in the morning. The stainless steel appliances include a large refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and a premier drip coffee maker.
On the penthouse level of Le Praz sits the sumptuous PRIMARY SUITE, complete with a plush king-size bed and HDTV. The ENSUITE BATHROOM includes a steam shower, separate tub, HDTV, and even a washer/dryer and two walk-in closets. This private suite also boasts a small balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountain peaks.
One level down is the VIP SUITE— featuring two full-size beds, a large walk-in closet, and a full ENSUITE BATHROOM. Next, there’s a BUNK ROOM that’s perfect for children and has two twin-over-full-size beds. Two more GUEST BEDROOMS are suites with king-size beds and attached BATHROOMS. A bonus DEN space has a sleeper sofa, HDTV, and access to the outdoor deck.
Next to the bunk room is a spacious and impressive HOME THEATER that includes an enormous HDTV, authentic movie seating, and fluffy blankets for snuggling in on family movie night.
