EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars in the driveway. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Grills and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter months. THE LOCATION Venture to local eateries, including Spoon, Fire Sign Cafe, and Sunnyside Resort, all within a seven-minute walk. Spend fun-filled days on the slopes at several nearby ski resorts, including Homewood Mountain (four-and-a-half miles), Squaw Valley (nine miles), and Alpine Meadows (nine miles). Try zip-lining at Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park (two-and-a-half miles). Or go hiking, biking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing at Page Meadows (four miles). No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
