A wine fridge stores your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature, and a gleaming kitchen island has seating. Serve home-cooked meals at the dining table overlooking the beach. The primary suite offers a truly extraordinary retreat with a retractable glass wall leading to the private balcony. Relax in the sitting area with a 48’ TV; a double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom, and the open walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom. The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
