Gather on the plush sectional and enjoy the warm ambience of a woodburning fireplace. A 50in flatscreen TV sets the scene for movie nights. KITCHEN amp DINING The sparkling kitchen is appointed with all the appliances and cookware necessary to create delicious meals. Please note there is no dishwasher. When it’s time to eat, dine at the eightperson table. BED amp BATH This twostory home sleeps seven adults. Find comfort in the master bedroom, outfitted with a queensize bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tubshower combination. The second bedroom offers one twinsize bed and one fullsize bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a queensize bed and 32in TV. The newly updated second bathroom is configured with a walkin shower. Sleep soundly in the fourth bedroom, which has a twinoverfull bunk bed. OUTDOOR AREAS Relax on the back deck, equipped with a gas grill, a bistro table for two, and additional seating for up to seven people. A swing set on the yard provides entertainment for the kids. EXTRA AMENITIES amp MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include a stackable washer amp dryer, complimentary WiFi, and driveway parking for three cars. Street parking is prohibited. The City of Big Bear Lake requires a facetoface checkin with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present. This rental does not have airconditioning. Quiet hours are 10pm7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, overoccupancy, or excess vehicles. Swim, boat, and sunbathe at the lake during warmer months. Or head to a plethora of amazing hiking trails within close proximity. THINGS TO KNOW Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an Inperson checkin at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon checkin. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Property Manager and the guest as well as nonrefundable eviction from the home.
