Simple and practical, this cabin has everything you need, plus charm to spare. New paint and furniture from renovations in 2022 help create a pristine environment. Choose a board game from our collection and gather around the dining room table. Head to the back deck for sunset views in the evening while the kids get sleepy exploring the grassy meadow and nearby Truckee River. Or do your own thing and enjoy one of our many books and movies! You can work remotely at the dedicated desk with a view of the rolling meadows. Other home essentials include a full kitchen with all major appliances - plus a microwave and dishwasher - well-stocked cabinets with dishes and cooking supplies, and a laundry space with a washer/dryer. The Grocery Outlet, a half-mile from your cabin, will help you stock up on ingredients. You are also within walking distance of several cafes. This long-term rental includes basic cable. 30 night minimum stays required. THINGS TO KNOW Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This cabin is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home.
