With no houses across the river, it feels like you’re out in the country, but you’re right in town! Take a short walk to explore the scenic Deschutes River Trail. Spanning 4,000 square feet across three floors, this home offers abundant social space with a patio or deck on each level. Take in the vistas from the covered granite patio and enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. From the main deck, you’ll find views of one of the prettiest sections of the river. It’s also a fabulous spot to grill out and enjoy the magic of a long twilight as the sun sets early behind Awbrey Butte. Inside, the ground floor boasts a home theater with a 100” screen, PlayStation 3, and high-quality surround sound. There’s also a game room with a pool table, arcade game, and great views of the river. A spacious bedroom, large bunk room, and two full bathrooms round out the lower level. On the main floor, the living area showcases huge picture windows overlooking the river. Gather by the gas fireplace, break out the provided board games, or watch a movie on the HDTV with surround sound. (The private garage offers more fun with a ping-pong and foosball table.) Chefs will love the well-equipped kitchen, detailed with a marble island and high-end appliances like a six-burner gas range. There’s also an office that doubles as a bedroom on this floor, as well as a full bathroom. Upstairs, find two bedrooms -- each with an en suite bathroom. The main suite offers plenty of space and includes a sitting area, a jetted tub, and a private rooftop deck with a fire table and sweeping river views.
