Your rental is just a 5-minute walk from the base of Vail Ski Resort, providing excellent access to year-round mountain fun.
At home, large windows deliver ample natural light and breathtaking valley views. Plush furnishings and a gas fireplace make this two-story condo an inviting and comfortable home base.
LIVING AREA
Relax in the living area and enjoy gorgeous views of the west valley and the mountains beyond. A sofa and love seat provide lots of comfy seating around the gas fireplace. Watch favorite shows on the 51” TV, select a board game from the provided collection, or write postcards at the desk.
A sleeping nook located off the kitchen is furnished with a twin daybed and twin trundle.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will be pleased to find stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen. Start your vacation days with morning coffee at the kitchen bar for four.
At mealtimes, gather around the table for six in the dining area.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a sleeping nook.
The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and a 32” flat-screen with Apple TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom includes two twin-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Twin beds can be pushed together to form a king.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The heated outdoor pools allow you to take a dip at any time. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, unwind in one of the bubbling hot tubs. Enjoy access to tennis courts, a fitness center, a community firepit, and the grill area.

Unassigned parking is available for one car in the community garage. If needed, additional parking spaces are available for $20/day.

THE LOCATION
Walk 5 minutes from your rental to the Eagle Bahn Gondola. After a fun-filled day, head to the base to find shops, restaurants, and the Vail Square Ice Rink.
During warmer months, travel 2 miles to the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens to admire the immaculate displays. Golfers will appreciate being just 3 miles from the Vail Golf Club.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
