The main living area has a sofa, two armchairs, and two side chairs. Enjoy the harbor view, or watch a film on the 46-inch Roku TV. In the cozy family room, a couch and three armchairs surround another 46-inch smart TV. Watch your favorite shows by the glow of the wood-burning fireplace. The stylish chef’s kitchen has sleek countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge and gas stove top with griddle and separate built-in Wolf oven. The large center island provides ample space to prepare meals and seating for two. In the dining area, play a tune on the piano while enjoying a pre-dinner beverage by the wood-burning fireplace. When it’s time to eat, the table has room for 10.
Take in the incredible view of the bay from the large wraparound deck. Or fire up the gas grill for a group barbecue. As evening falls, gather around a fire pit in the grassy yard to watch the stars come out. The home does not have air conditioning. However, fans are available throughout.
Please note that the rustic sleeping loft is accessed via a steep/narrow staircase, and is not equipped with heat.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
