Cascade Village 29

Due to Covid-19, the Cascade Village pool, hot tub and gym will not be open this summer. Our 1,500 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo (Unit 29) features three bedrooms / two bathrooms and is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. The TV in the Main Living Space is an 3D TV. Please note the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is not functional. Bed Configuration: Please note all bedrooms are upstairs Master - King (TV) 2nd - Bunk Beds (Queen over Queen / TV) 3rd - Bunk Beds (Single over single) Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less then 30 minutes). On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
