This townhome is located directly across from Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory) and is a perfect basecamp for your vacation no matter the season. The townhome features 3 bdr and 2.5 bath. The gourmet kitchen with granite tile counters and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating & opens to the main living space & dining area. Enjoy great views of the ski slopes from either balcony or take a short walk to the community gazebo with space for outdoor dining as well as a fire pit and outdoor bbq area. The home is located near the Purgatory Flats trail head, one of the finest and most scenic hikes in the area as well as a stocked pond for fishing. The master bdrm features a gas fireplace, TV and balcony. All of the bedrooms along with the main living space have flat screen TVs. There is a 1 car garage or catch the free on demand shuttle or simply walk across highway 550 & be at the lifts in less then 2 mins. Bed Configuration: Master - King, 2nd Bedroom-Queen & Twin bunk bed, 3rd Bedroom-Bunk Bed (Twin over Twin) This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay. Housekeepers adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular cleaning regimen, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
