Our 2,400 square foot residence was built in 2015 and won the People’s Choice category in the Durango Parade of Homes. The residence features 4 bdrms and 4 bths and is located 5 miles from downtown Durango and 33 miles from Purgatory ski area and just 5 mins from the recently opened Lake Nighthorse.
Situated on 3.6 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just mins from downtown Durango and at an elevation of 7,200 ft, always cooler in the summer than downtown. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. Each of the bedrooms have an AC Unit for those few days of summer when opening the windows at night is not quite enough to cool the home down. The house features amazing outdoor living space including a fire pit, dining table, Pergola, 2nd outdoor table, gas grill and hammock with room for two. The generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The main living space features a wood burning fireplace, wood floors, and a 48" flat screen TV. The professional ping pong table is located in the garage. We also offer reliable WIFI and Direct TV with every channel.
The house sleeps 12 and is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces (each with TV) and 3 of the 4 bedrooms have in suite bathrooms and TVs. The 4th bathroom is located off the loft.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay. Housekeepers adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular cleaning regimen, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
