The 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths are located on the second level along with a Balcony that overlooks the Courtyard. The secure gated compound layout has a large private courtyard shared by all units as well as a shared swimming pool. Six of the units are new construction and four of the units are modern updates of a turn of the century structure. Complete with recessed lighting and granite countertops. All units have century-old wood flooring and updated appliances and the newer units have exquisite quartz countertops. Residents can step out the door and ride North through Mid-City to City Park or West through the CBD uptown to the Garden District, the Universities, and the Carrollton neighborhood. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. • A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
