It’s located in a quite neighborhood less than a 5 minute drive to Vail Ski Resort, away from the hustle and bustle, and isolated from the I-70 noise. A short 1/4 mile up the hill gives you a beautiful view of the Gore Range and the Vail Valley. You are just a 5 minute drive to the Vail Village parking structures, and walking distance from the North Trail trailhead for great hikes. The mountain biking from the house is exceptional as well. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, fireplace, large dining table and private deck with a grill. It is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The mountain decor, an open concept floor plan, comfortable furnishings and linens all contribute to its warm atmosphere. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
