The balcony concrete is being repaired and guests will not have access during this process. There will be construction workers on the balcony during the day. The gulf side indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Oct 4, 2022 - Oct 31, 2022. The rear indoor pool roof is being replaced and will be closed Nov 22, 2022 - Dec 12, 2022. The outdoor pool will still be available.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
