This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 1A) is all about it’s exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango’s tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building’s block. The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango’s downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality. The condo was furnished in December 2019 and the main living space as well as each bedroom has a TV with cable. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles (garage height is 7’6"). Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Queen with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level) Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
