You’ll have everything you need to make your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, and if you’d like to spice things up, you can grill out on the community outdoor grills. The kitchen opens into the spacious living area where all can comfortably gather on the plush couches, including a queen sofa bed, to enjoy your favorite movie on the TV and warm up by the gas fireplace. Step out onto your private patio to take in the mountain views and Colorado sun. Free access to WiFi internet ensures you can stay connected while still getting away from it all. For your convenience, ski storage is just outside the front door. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
