Golfers Retreat exudes rustic charm and convenience and will delight anyone in your group. The first and main floor of this family-friendly townhouse offers guests an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The cook of the group will love the fully-equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals–it includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, and a microwave. The kitchen island adds more dining space with four stools meanwhile the dining table seats up to six lucky guests. The living room is a great place to gather and unwind with your family. The flatscreen TV in the entertainment center with a DVD player and cable will be perfect for movie nights. If things get cold, the stone gas fireplace and radiant floor heating will keep everyone warm. The living area also comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a sofa, two armchairs (one with a footstool), and an ottoman stool. Off the living room is the covered patio with a gas grill and four metal chairs surrounding the firepit. On this same level, you’ll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is where the bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms offers a bunk bed with a TV, a drawer, a baseboard heat unit, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a closet, TV, drawer, ceiling fan, and a baseboard heat unit. And the third and main bedroom features a flatscreen TV in an entertainment center with a DVD player, two armchairs (one with a footstool), a ceiling fan, two spacious drawers and a closet, a private balcony with mountain and valley views, and an ensuite full bathroom with double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a tub. There is a full bathroom with a baseboard heat unit and a walk-in shower, a bookshelf with a handful of books, and a laundry nook with a private washer/dryer.

This unique retreat is only a mile from the Rio Grande River public access, a great fishing spot. You can also launch a raft and take a gentle float on the river’s headwaters, or seek out a more challenging water adventure and head for the Class II and Class III rapids on the river Golfers are half a mile away from the Rio Grande Club & Resort golf courses. Two miles away is downtown South Fork for more dining options, the visitors center, convenience stores, and more. Wolf Creek Ski Area is 20 miles away for those who want to try their hand at snowboarding or downhill skiing. There’s no end to the fun you’ll have during your stay!
