Located at the entrance to Ketchum, visiting skiers will have direct access to town and skiing at Sun Valley’s River Run Base Area. Stroll into downtown (within walking distance!) and enjoy all the shops and restaurants this charming mountain town offers. Hop aboard the free mountain shuttle system for effortless trips to the slopes at River Run, Warm Springs, Dollar Mountain, and many other sites around the Wood River Valley. Additional outdoor recreation (depending on the season) includes hiking, biking, fly fishing, world-class golfing, horseback riding, and paragliding. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
