Our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath 1,900 sq ft condo (Unit 302) in Purgatory Lodge offer the ultimate convenience in winter or summer as it is located in the heart of Purgatory Village only 50 yards from the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain. This is the best ski in/ski out location at the resort.
Purgatory Lodge contains Durango Mountain Resort’s premium amenities including outdoor heated pool with slide, hot tub, workout facility, and family game room adjacent to a private restaurant and bar. Note that the resort fee has been reduced from 9% to 8% and the continental breakfast that was historically free is now $5 per person.
The single level condo is located on the northwest corner of Purgatory Lodge on the 3rd floor (elevator access) and offers amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range from the deck and master bedroom. There is also a gas grill on the deck.
The condo was professionally decorated and both King bedrooms have flat screen TV’s.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
The Lodge’s upper floor, which includes the private bar and game room, is closed during the off-season when the ski resort isn’t open.
