It’s location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, and Arches and Canyon Lands National Parks. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

This home is located adjacent to the shared pool and hot tub. It has a private garage that opens to pool area only steps away. Unwind after a long day of exploring with cable TV in the living room and each bdrm. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, as well as a gas grill and patio furniture on front porch. We also have a booster seat and pack and play on-site for families with small children.
A large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other toys inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway. A bike repair stand and an assortment of tools are available for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape after a long day on the trail or road! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. How about a competitive game of corn hole?! We’ve got brand new boards in the garage!

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties (unless approved) and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet! Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you’re out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests
