This home is located on the 12th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort. Our single level 2,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features A/C in the Master Bedroom and Main Living Space, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and fantastic outdoor living space over looking the 12th fairway with a gas grill. Bed Configuration (Single level home) Master - King (TV) 2nd - Queen 3rd - Twins (2) Queen Blow Up Mattress with pump. This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150. The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes. Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile and the home is within immediate access to recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really). We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
