Just take the elevator to the ground floor and you are steps away from the main ski lift. Our 1,560 SF 3 bedroom/3 bath condo single level condo is located on the 7th floor of the Eolus building which is located in the heart of the main plaza - making your vacation as convenient as possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, pots/pans etc and the condo has a private hot tub and comes with an underground assigned parking space, washer/dryer, WIFI and a wood burning fireplace in the main living space (wood provided).

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
