Our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 4,300 Sq. ft. luxury home is absolutely breathtaking! Perched high above the valley floor and just a short walk to the slopes, it has unobstructed views of the nearly 14,000 foot peaks of the Needles Mountains, the signature range that inspired Jean Claude Killy to describe Purgatory as “the most beautiful scenery this side of the Italian Alps."
Inside the home you will find a 1200 sq. ft. master retreat on the lower level that includes incredible views of the Needles Mountains from the King bed, two person Jacuzzi tub and shower/steam sauna. The master retreat also includes a two-sided gas fireplace between the bedroom and the Jacuzzi tub, “RO” water, “insta-hot” water, sink and refrigerator. The adjacent bedroom features a queen bed and a crib. The dressing /vanity area has heated floors and the walk in closet and laundry is the size of the garage bay above. The entry level of the home has two bedrooms (Queen Bed in one and Bunk Beds in the other (single over single) and a full bath (Japanese soaker tub).
The main level offers an enviable gourmet Kitchen (a chef’s dream) with top-of-the-line appliances and amazing mountain views. The massive stone fireplace (wood burning with gas starter) reaches 25’ to the spectacular structural beams and honed tongue and grove wood ceiling (illuminated for night ambiance). Perfect for entertaining, the great room, dining room and kitchen are all open to a wall of windows and spacious deck to enjoy the amazing alpenglow when the sun hits the peaks of the Needles range. There is a private deck on each of three floors of this incredible home. Take the spiral stair case up to the extraordinary loft which includes a full bathroom, full bar (wine cooler, refrigerator, and dishwasher), game/ puzzle table.

Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
