Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo at East Rim was just remodeled and is located right across from Purgatory Lodge and offers the ultimate convenience in all seasons. The condo features amazing views of the Needles Range and Spud Mountain and is perfect for multiple families. East Rim is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. This property is unique because is just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, but it offers a more private and quiet existence with views that cannot be beat in the region. You have immediate access to all the resort amenities, and fantastic value in this fully remodeled and exceptional residence. This residence was remodeled in February of 2015 and both bathrooms were completely remodeled in 2018. Bed Configuration (all 3 bedrooms are downstairs): Bedroom 1 - Queen Bedroom 2 - Full 3rd - Bunk Bed (single over single) - Note access to the bunk room is thru the Master Bedroom Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs (not attached to a bedroom) and as well as a washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided) and a BBQ gas grill on the deck. This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
