Our 1,450 sq. ft. Cascade Village condo is a 3 bed / 2 bath and is a great family mountain escape, with a full kitchen, wood fireplace, two private decks and amazing views. Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 25 miles north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton. The condominium is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan and high end furnishings and linens all contribute to the warm atmosphere. Bed Configuration Master - King (Upstairs loft) 2nd - Queen (Upstairs, access is through the master bathroom) 3rd - Queen (Same level as kitchen/main living space) Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Durango Mountain Resort Ski Area, 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less then 30 minutes). On-site amenities at Cascade Village include a pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort. Due to Covid-19, the Cascade Village pool, hot tub and gym will not be open this summer. We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
