Our 4,000 square foot home sits just under 2 acres and features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is located just 1 mile from Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory).
Little Cascade Creek runs adjacent to the property and its only a 10 minute walk to Columbine Lake. The home is on a heavily treed lot which offers privacy and seclusion. There are also a couple of small historic mining cabins (unoccupied) on the property which add to the charm.
The Master bedroom is on the main floor and there are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs. The garage was just converted into a game room which contains a Ping Pong table, 46’ HD TV with Apple TV and PS3 with several games as well board games etc. and a queen pull out sofa and a 2nd Master Bedroom with full bathroom. The loft overlooking the main living space has 2 twin beds. All of this makes the house perfect for multiple families.
The house was completely furnished in 2014 and is is fully furnished and stocked with linens, towels, cookware and kitchen utensils.
The main living space contains a wood fireplace (wood provided), cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan and an Apple TV with tons of online content.
There is also a gas BBQ grill on the deck, washer/dryer and a 17’ canoe and 2 kayaks for your use (along with life vests).

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
