Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a brand new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance. This bedroom does not have AC, but does have a ceiling fan and screens for the windows and door. There is also box fan to keep the room cool during the summer months.
A vehicle is stored in the garage. One parking spot is available in the garage. There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway.
