Our 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo (High Point Unit 590) features everything you would expect from a luxury rental. This peaceful escape is set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains at one of the premier properties in the area, the 700 acre Tamarron and Glacier Club. Guests can play the Glacier Clubs front 18 holes for a discounted rate of $130 per round.
The location of this residence, which is an end unit, is exceptional due to its unobstructed views and proximity to the variety of recreational amenities of the area as to offer (skiing, fishing, four-wheeling, hiking trails, mountain biking, etc.). It’s conveniently located close enough to downtown Durango for a short trip to experience the plethora of wonderful dining and shopping opportunities.
This residence features flat-screen TVs in the main living space and both King bedrooms as well as a gas fireplace and luxury furnishings.

The condo is located within Tamarron Resort (AKA - The Glacier Club) which is just 9 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and 15 miles from downtown Durango. Tamarron Resort features a newly renovated outdoor pool, hot tub, as well as an indoor workout facility and sauna. The Resort charges a $30.90/day resort fee which is already including in the price.
There is also a winter Ski Shuttle which departs at 9:05am and returns from Purgatory at 4:05pm.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay. Housekeepers adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular cleaning regimen, they are following best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy (applies to reservations booked after April 21, 2020): A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
