The 2nd living spaces on the bottom floor is perfect for the kids with a Foosball Table and TV. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WIFI and an attached heated 2 car garage (tandem) that has plenty of storage room for gear.

For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
