3,000 sq ft, 5 bdrm, 4 bath Elkpoint townhome (Unit 6) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and includes a bar with seating and opens to the main living space and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax with family and friends. The 2nd living spaces on the bottom floor is perfect for the kids with a Foosball Table and TV. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace while the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The townhome has a washer/dryer, WIFI and an attached heated 2 car garage (tandem) that has plenty of storage room for gear.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting.
