This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area. It is situated on 8 acres offering privacy and seclusion - yet just minutes from downtown Durango . Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam and exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer.
Our home features an amazing outdoor living space including a wrap around deck to enjoy the unmatched views and a gas fire pit, private hot tub, outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a man made creek that runs adjacent to the home. The outdoor living space on the ground level also features a gas fire pit. The generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. We also offer reliable WiFi throughout the home and Direct TV in both living spaces and 2 of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom, 4th Bedroom and 5th Bedrooms have AC units while the other 2 bedrooms are on the ground level and stay plenty cool.
The house sleeps 14 and is perfect for multiple families as it features two living spaces (each with TV w/Direct TV). The ground floor living space also features a multi-arcade arcade game with over 200 video games. Note there is not access to the garage but there is ample parking in front of the home.
