3 bdrm, 3.5 bath, 1,800 sq ft ski-in/ski-out townhome (end unit) is everything you would expect from a luxury townhome. The townhome (Unit 4) features a main living space with a deck (gas grill) & great views & since its the end unit, it is the closet Alpenglow townhome to the slopes. Each bedroom has a TV along with the TV in the Main Living Space. The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. A Jacuzzi tub was installed in the Master Bathroom in late 2018. There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150.
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility.
