The gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances includes a bar with seating and opens to the great room and dining area, giving you plenty of space to relax and gather with family and friends. A Jacuzzi tub was installed in the Master Bathroom in late 2018. There are 2 ski lifts within immediate walking distance from the front door of the townhome and access to the Nordic ski-area is also conveniently nearby. Hiking trails abound in the millions of acres of the pristine San Juan National Forest. Explore mountain biking, backpacking, fly-fishing, hiking, four-wheeling, and nearly every other imaginable high alpine recreational pursuit directly out the front door. Enjoy views of the incomparable Needles Mountain range from the spacious decks as you plan your adventures or simply take another sip of coffee.
